Application of The Violet Fire-Seventh Ray Anointing Oil
Breathing Exercise - Cobra, Breath of Light
Place a drop of the Violet Fire-Seventh Ray Anointing Oil on your heart and onto the palm of your hands.
Then, rub your hands together. Cup your hands over your face with the base of your palm slightly over your nostrils and the tips of your fingers slightly above your eyebrows.
Finally, take a minimum of 12 deep inhales into every facet of your heart and practice breathing in and out your nose. (repeat a minimum of 3 times)
Remember to practice breathing out both through your nose and mouth. Continuous deep inhales into the heart and exhales through the nose is an excellent exercise to build up these muscles and systems, and also promotes natural healing on all levels, bodies, and fields. This healing also promotes a heart chakra expansion with ease and grace. A heart chakra expansion is necessary for full integration of the gifts-virtues associated with all the Rays of Light and Sacred Fires.

Chakra Cleanse Meditation
Place the Violet Fire-Seventh Ray Anointing Oil on your heart chakra and take slow full inhales into your heart. Focus on your first chakra (chakras are energy centers), which is located at the very base of the spine, and visualize a violet ray spinning clockwise getting bigger.
Now, focus on your second chakra, which is just below the navel, and visualize a violet ray spinning clockwise getting bigger. Move your focus on the third chakra-solar plexus, which is directly between the sternum and navel, and visualize a violet ray spinning clockwise getting bigger.
