Application of The Second Ray Anointing Oil
Breathing Exercise - Cobra, Breath of Light
Place a drop of the Second Ray Anointing Oil on your heart and onto the palm of your hands. Then, rub your hands together.
Cup your hands over your face with the base of your palm slightly over your nostrils and the tips of your fingers slightly above your eyebrows.
Finally, take a minimum of 12 long deep breaths into every facet of your heart and practice breathing in and out your nose. (repeat a minimum of 3 times)
Remember to practice breathing out both through your nose and mouth. Continuous deep inhales into the heart and exhales through the nose is an excellent exercise to build up these muscles and systems, and also promotes natural healing on all levels, bodies, and fields. This healing also promotes a heart chakra expansion with ease and grace. A heart chakra expansion is necessary for full integration of the gifts-virtues associated with all the Rays of Light and Sacred Fires.

Guided Meditation
Because the Crown Chakra sits above the top of the head, it is recommended to apply the Second Ray Anointing Oil as follows:
* With one of your fingers slightly press into your Third Eye (located in the middle of the forehead),* Draw an imaginary line with your finger from your Third Eye to the top of your neck, and
* then at the very center of the top of your skull with your fingers open your diamond mind by moving your fingers from the center to the tips of your ears.
* Imagine floating over the top of your head a radiant Yellow Golden Flame streaming forth with a gold pyramid in the center of the Yellow Golden Flame.
* Stand in the knowingness that you are becoming the Diamond Mind resonating purity in the Light.
Although this is not essential, before beginning with the meditation, it is strongly recommended to place a couple of drops of White Feather's Electric Blue Lightning on your temples rubbing the oil in clockwise-motions, meeting your fingertips to your third eye, and then initiating the meditation. The use of White Feather's Electric Blue Lightning will aid in the release of cool liquid from your pineal gland, which is one of the the most phenomenal sensations of peace, love and absolute serenity.
Remember to take deep profound breaths into your heart.
Visualization
This visualization is with the aid of the Fiery Salamanders, so please thank them after the visualization is complete. Obtain a white, yellow or gold candle and nourish the flame with a stream of Gold coming from your three-fold flame. The salamanders love this and dance in happiness when nourished with love.
Mimicking the flame in front of you, immerse yourself in a Yellow Golden flame. Once you are completely enveloped in a Yellow Golden Fiery Light visualize an expanding Yellow Golden Flame streaming upwards over your head and in its very center a gold pyramid floating in the center-heart of the Yellow Golden Flame expanding above the head.
